We only collect information you give us directly. When you submit a quote request on this site, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The service address for the work
• The service or services you are asking about
• Whether you consented to receive text messages

If you call, text, or email us instead, we keep the contact details and job information you share so we can quote and complete the work.

How we use your information

We use it to run our business and serve you. Specifically, to:

• Prepare and send your quote
• Contact you about scheduling, arrival times, and job details
• Complete the work and follow up afterward
• Invoice you and keep our own service records
• Send you service reminders or ask for feedback, where you have agreed to hear from us

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

SMS and text messaging

You opt in to text messages from us in one of two ways: by checking the consent box on the quote request form on this website, or by telling us verbally when you call or text us, which we record in our system. We do not buy phone number lists and we do not text people who have not asked to hear from us.

What we send

Messages about your quote, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival notices, follow-up after a job, and occasional service reminders.

Frequency, rates, and opting out

• Message frequency varies depending on your quote and job.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from us.
• Reply HELP for help, or call us at (346) 847-2591.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out of text messages does not remove your ability to reach us by phone or email, and does not cancel any scheduled work.

Service providers

We use a small number of third-party services to run the business, such as website hosting, form delivery, email, and customer management software. These providers process information only to provide their service to us, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. Web fonts are loaded from Fontshare and Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those files. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.

How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure. In practice that means:

• This website is served over HTTPS, so anything you submit through the quote form is encrypted in transit.
• Customer records are held in reputable third-party business systems that encrypt data in transit and at rest.
• Access is limited to the owner and to staff who need it to quote, schedule, or complete your job.
• Accounts holding customer information are protected by unique passwords and, where the provider supports it, two-factor authentication.
• We do not store payment card numbers ourselves. Card payments are handled by our payment provider.
• We delete customer information when we no longer need it, subject to our record-keeping obligations.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by Texas law.

How long we keep information

We keep customer and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our tax and business record-keeping obligations. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.

Your choices

Children

Our services are directed to property owners and residents. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
