We want everyone to be able to use this website and to get a quote from us, regardless of how they browse.

What we aim for

This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice that means we have built it to:

• Work fully with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline on everything you can interact with
• Use text and background colours that meet contrast requirements
• Give images meaningful alternative text, and mark decorative images so screen readers skip them
• Use proper headings, landmarks, and form labels so assistive technology can navigate the page
• Respect your system setting for reduced motion, so animation is turned off if you have asked your device to limit it
• Stay usable when text is enlarged, and on small screens

Where we know we fall short

Accessibility is ongoing rather than finished. If you find something on this site that does not work for you, we would genuinely like to know, and we will fix it.

Getting a quote another way

You never have to use the form. If the website is difficult for you for any reason, call or text us at (346) 847-2591 or email doubletappw@gmail.com and we will take your details directly and get you a quote the same way.

Reporting a problem

Tell us what page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what happened. If you know what browser, device, or assistive technology you were using, that helps us reproduce it, but it is not required.
